A photograph was supplied by the owners friend which was used as the subject for the artwork.
"It is important to me as the artist that I portray not only the likeness but the character of each of my subjects, for example in this portrait this is not only a portrait of a SIAMESE CAT this is actually RASCAL the owners pet."
