Artwork description
A study in curvature and restraint, Quiet Arc isolates a fragment of architecture where form is reduced to light and shadow. Layered bands sweep across the frame, their edges softened by subtle gradations that suggest movement and depth without distraction.
The surface appears at once solid and fluid—planes of white and muted stone shifting gently as they converge. What emerges is a quiet tension between structure and atmosphere, where clarity is balanced by ambiguity and the eye is guided through a measured, continuous flow.
Part of the Contours of Time series, this work reflects an ongoing exploration of architectural forms distilled to their essential rhythms—where permanence and change coexist within a single, controlled moment.
