This painting was created from direct observation. It depicts a playground where I spent many happy hours walking with my daughter. During the day, it is often flooded with warm sunlight, and I wanted to capture that bright, joyful atmosphere.

At the same time, this painting is filled with a quiet sense of nostalgia—for my own childhood and for my daughter’s early years. Childhood passes so quickly. One day you realize that you are no longer walking through this playground but painting it, preserving these fleeting moments on canvas. And then you realize that those walks are now part of the past, and with them, a whole small chapter of life has come to an end.

This is a small-format oil painting, protected with a layer of varnish. The edges are left unpainted, showing the white color of the canvas.
