This painting is part of a series of works with a city theme. The urban landscape is for me a sign of both individual and collective memory. In this work it is the famous Castel Sant'Angelo in Rome that is the protagonist of a landscape forced in its colors. My intention is to tell an emotion.

Oil colors on 100% cotton canvas. The edges are painted or finished so that the painting can be hung without a frame. The work is finished with a layer of glossy water-based varnish.
