Olympic Penguins (2024) Original Acrylic Painting by Anna Burger
40 x 40 x 40cm (unframed) / 40 x 40cm (actual image size)
£233.4
Original artwork description
Olympic Penguins is an original acrylic painting from my Avian Olympiad series, a colourful contemporary collection inspired by birds, animals, movement and individuality.
Two penguins face each other within a playful composition of geometric shapes, soft pink and blue tones, deep cobalt and luminous gold accents.
Rather than depicting the birds realistically, I combine simplified figurative forms with abstract patterns, decorative details and rhythmic colour contrasts.
The two figures suggest connection, communication and companionship, while the surrounding shapes give the painting a light, contemporary energy.
Created entirely with brushes on stretched canvas, the work combines clean painted forms with expressive surface details.
This is an original, one-of-a-kind acrylic painting, signed by the artist and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Materials used:
Acrylic paint on stretched canvas, applied with brushes

- Acrylic painting on Canvas
