'NV' (Envy) 40"(h)x40"(w) Oil on Canvas This painting is based on a conversation I overheard between two women. In this painting I explore and poke fun at peoples obsession with name brands (hence the Louis Vuitton background). The Faberge Egg grenade made of gold with inlayed diamonds represents the saying, that purse/those shoes/that outfit 'is to die for'.
