Contemporary dynamic acrylic painting of cherry blossoms in the night sky. To add depth and interest the background is created by many layers of acrylic glazes and alcohol resist. The resulting color is deep teal blue with dark purple and lighter blues. The flowers are done in high relief with very thick impasto paint. If you love Asian design, are into feng shui or just love blossoms of any kind you will appreciate this piece.
This is an original signed piece of art. Remember, there is always so much more detail and subtle color than a photograph can capture, so if you like it here you will love it in person.
