    I work mostly in oil and acrylic, in impressionistic and abstract genre. My paintings have been characterized by a sensitive use of colour and dynamic brushwork. Light and colour are my main preoccupations when I compose a painting. As have a degree in design, the composition is very important to me as well. My style ebbs and flows, I love building on my knowledge base and experimenting with new techniques and textures. Hence a favourite quote from Picasso…"God is really only another artist. He invented the giraffe, the elephant and the cat. He has no real style, he just goes on trying other things."

    A word about shipping from Canada. To ship to North America is not an issue but it is pricy to mail from Canada overseas. Just email me and we can work to find the most economical way to get an artwork to you.
