Artwork description
I seem to make one Moroccan inspired print a year, and this year is no different!
The country's cities fascinate me so much so that I love finding different ways to convey their beauty, especially the architecture found within their bustling towns.
Here is a quintessential view of Marrakesh with stylised palm trees and simplified forms which are so well recognised that there really is no need for a title.
This is a limited edition of 30 handmade prints. I will be making it a variable edition so as to experiment with my love of colour too.
Please be aware that there may be textural anomalies which signify that this has been hand printed and not digitally enhanced and some embossing.
I have used beautiful smooth Zerkall professional printmaking paper and oil based ink
Materials used:
Zerkall paper and oil based ink
