A butterfly fae sits on the outer edges of the forest catching the morning sun on her wings. It is said that once a butterfly dies, its soul is captured by a forest fairy and the forest fairy turns into a butterfly fae by slowly growing the butterfly wings over her face and then larger wings on her back as her powers grow.
