'Low Light' is a monotype print.
Created by painting an image on acrylic using oil-based printing inks, the image is then transferred onto damp printing paper. Only one print is ever produced.
This is a much looser and more painterly way of working, which I feel captures the ruggedness of the landscapes of the Highlands in particular, very well.
Each print has the same paper size of 25.5 cm by 18.5 cm by 18.5 cm by 18.5 cm, and the printed area is 19.5 cm by 12.5 cm.
