Ukrainian bride in traditional wedding wreath looks like a nymph. There's a mirror, like water, on canvas, because every tradition has two sides. Ukrainian wedding traditions are interesting and unusual, they have old roots, but often they are strange, a woman hasn't had many rights and freedom in those times. On one side - beautiful girls, traditional clothes, embroidery, flowering wreath, charming songs, and poetry, on the other side - bloody history, hard life in the village, cruel traditions towards women, gender inequality, and the influence of the church on it. The role of women in society has changed a lot since those times.
I like to mix mediums, here are elements of collage, acrylic paints, and pastels.

☘️ My artworks are shipped to every country, except Russia and Belarus (because of the war). If you can't find the name of your country in the shipping list near the artwork, please write me and I'll fix it.

The artwork will be taken off the subframe and rolled in a tube. Because of its weight and size. If you would like to get it in a cardboard box, please let me know in a message.

Please note, that sometimes artworks are shipped earlier than it is marked (14 days). Sometimes the preparation may take 11 days or even 8. It depends on the service, that makes a special document for each artwork for border control, and it depends on the number of artworks in one order.
The preparation time may also take more than 14 days in special cases and I always write to the buyer and keep him up to date.
