I love my new artworks by Lidia Matviyenko! They are like a lot of her typical works--full of fantasy, mysticism, fairy tales and romance...with little bits of reality mixed in. Lidia uses many Ukrainian images in her artwork, from the traditional clothing worn by her female subjects to the flowers worn in the braided hair and her personal sadness over the war (which really started in 2014 with Crimea). She works in varied materials but everything she does is with love and care and straight from her heart, instead of a copy of someone else's idea that she thinks "will sell". I will always buy Lidia's artworks because they are colorful, inventive, uniquely Ukrainian and full of fantastic messages.

Thank you very much, Gregory! Itβs inspiring for me to read you impressions and I feel, that everything is connected on this planet, everything have a sense. The interconnections between people from different parts of the world looks like a magic. A piece of art, created βby meβ (by my hands, but through me, cause I was inspired) found it new house and owner one day. And the way how it happens is so mystical and magic for me, that I stay wondered every time. Thank you πππΌ

The artworks were packaged extremely well. The artist communicated with me before and after the shipping process and Artfinder also sent me an update when the packages were shipped. The artworks are beautiful and arrived perfectly intact. (This is impressive considering the chaos and destruction going on in Ukraine.) The overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely order from this artist again.
