- Lighthouse
Original artwork description
Lighthouse explores the tension between darkness, distance, and a single concentrated source of light. Deep blues, violet tones, and near-black geometric planes converge around a vivid pink glow, creating the impression of a signal cutting through an uncertain space.
The composition combines strict directional forms with a highly textured, almost atmospheric surface. The contrast between structure and luminosity gives the painting a sense of movement, as if the light is not simply illuminating the space, but actively finding its way through it.
Rather than depicting a literal lighthouse, the work refers to the idea of one: a fixed point, a distant orientation, something visible when the surrounding space becomes difficult to read.
