I think it’s safe to say that the left side of my brain must be my dominant one: I couldn’t imagine my days not being filled with a million colors... I think that my own brain is wired in a way that probably looks a lot like this painting! I love the effervescent movement of the dots.
I've been influenced by many artists who have come before me – Yayoi Kusama being one of those. This is a large piece, and that's on purpose. I want the viewer to feel like they are "in" the painting, when the stand in front of it.
