Layered landscape (2022) Original Watercolour by Suzsi Corio

One of a series of landscape paintings inspired by various parts of the British countryside, combined into an imagined scene. All papers are hand-painted by the artist using gesso, acrylics, watercolors and inks and incorporating various texture effects which are then collaged together to create the final scene.
The painting is framed in a white box frame with glass to give the impression of looking through a window.
