Abstract expressionistic piece from a new series of artworks, I wanted to find a way back to a looser way of working , and these new paintings are derived from drawings that I make in my sketchbooks.
They are intuitive in as much as the marks and responses are built up in layers, they evolve rather than having some set idea, they can be interpreted in any manner of ways by the viewer.

It is now supplied in a white wood floating frame which gives the piece a modern and contemporary feel as it provides a shadow gap around the artwork see secondary image.

the painting is on Canvas with wooden stretchers. It will be securely packaged and sent insured.
