Artwork description
A study in tension, balance, and convergence.
In Interlock, sweeping architectural planes fold into one another, their surfaces shaped by shifting light and shadow. The composition isolates a moment where structure becomes fluid—where rigid material appears to bend, overlap, and respond as if in motion.
A narrow passage of light draws the eye upward, creating a sense of depth and quiet movement, while the surrounding forms anchor the image in stillness. Stripped of context, the architecture becomes abstract—an exploration of line, surface, and the subtle interplay between light and form.
