When arriving at this beach early in the morning on the remote Isle of Harris, it was hard to breathe. An impossibly perfect scene, one that I imagined no one would believe was real. This place, this time these colours, they all merged into the impossible perfection of a deserted of beach. Very little has been changed in this image, the water is teal, the sunrise is blush and the sand, so clean, so silvery with barely a few small pebbles... I do not claim to have created this scene, merely been witness to its beauty.

The Isle of Harris is a small island in the far north of Scotland. A romantic place mostly deserted but with the most amazing beaches and turquoise waters.
