Original watercolor painting. The work was made for the annual international festival in Italy, Fabriano in Acquarelo, in 2023. This work was chosen to represent the festival and was featured on festival signs and advertisements throughout cities in Italy and online. The painting shows a girl at a tea party. The fish “swim out” from the design of the tea cup and swim around the girl’s head. It's an illusion. Lotus leaves from a design on clothing flow into real leaves
