In this painting, I wanted to convey the sensuality of a hidden bay, where the ocean meets the untouched shore. Through a combination of minimalism and expressionism, I sought to express both stillness and movement—the gentle touch of waves against the beach, the warmth of the beige sand, and the deep blue of the water, while the soft light blue of the sky adds a sense of calm.

The composition appears abstract, but upon closer inspection, a man and woman can be seen, their nude bodies resting at the water’s edge, enveloped by the rhythm of the sea. The main focus is on the nude female body, delicately outlined in the sand. Their presence feels intimate yet natural, as if they are lying serenely after love.

The bold, contrasting black and white lines add structure to the scene, emphasizing its elegance and romantic essence.

This piece is an exploration of contrasts—landscape and seascape, solitude and closeness. A moment hidden within the boundless beauty of nature.
