HANGING SADNESS from the collection THE CHILDREN, a series that brings together images where the everyday and the symbolic converge, speaking to the fragility, hope, and dignity of human life.
Through nature, memory, and intimate objects, each work evokes the presence of a child and the promise of a future sustained by love. It is a handkerchief hanging on a wall with band aids also stuck on the same background. This painting seems simple, but has profound meaning.
