Original artwork description
A painting of a white pine inspired by tree portraits by Tom Thomson Tree. The majestic Eastern White Pines were so loved by the Group of Seven. This piece reminds me of time spent in and around Georgian Bay and Muskoka as well as Coastal Nova Scotia. Painted in a textured fashion. A great choice for cottage or lake house. Hand painted in my studio.
Please note: Frame not included.
24x12 inches (1.5 inches deep), sides painted black. Wired ready to hang on back. Protected with a light gloss varnish. Gloss varnish is a low gloss, not super shiny, but some sheen to it. If you prefer a high gloss please message me and I can do that for you.
Painted with acrylic paints and solid acrylic paint sticks. Shipped in a double thick cardboard box with reinforcements around the edges. Frame shown in room photos not included.
Signature will be on front as well as back, also titled and dated on back.
