Fragments Under Moonlight (2026) Original Oil Painting by Khaled_A

50 x 70 x 2cm (unframed)

£1,882.28

Fragments Under Moonlight is inspired by memories of my original hometown and the emotional atmosphere connected to it.
The painting captures a quiet night scene transformed through abstraction and simplified forms, where architecture, light, and fragmented shapes become carriers of memory rather than direct representation.

The glowing moon and deep blue tones create a feeling of distance, nostalgia, and emotional stillness. Through soft textures and reduced details, the work explores how places remain within us as incomplete fragments — blurred by time, emotion, and separation.
