In his double entendre 'Pun Painting', "Egg Roll", the artist takes the title of the very popular American Chinese appetizer. He combines the image of an egg being cracked from what appears to be an egg shell. If the viewer looks a little closer they will realize that it is no ordinary egg shell, but a 'dinner roll'. The artist incorporates the cracked appearance of an egg shell on the edges of the dinner roll while incorporating the bread like consistency on the inside.
