Original artwork description
This watercolor explores architecture as a carrier of memory. The historic building emerges from a soft, atmospheric space, while figures and surrounding details gradually dissolve into light.
I am interested in the traces that places retain after people have passed through them — fragments of movement, atmosphere and memory that remain within the architecture.
