An abstract expressionist oil painting on canvas with a bespoke fine floating frame.

The painting was a directly response to the experience of walking through our lovely garden in the Southern Portugal fishing town of Tavira in the summer of 2024.
The leaves of the trees were cooling in the midday heat and during the afternoon the light reflected on the natural water bathing pool. I used soft greens, blues and warmer deep pink oil and shimmering white paint to reflect the warmth and beauty of the environment.
Many of my paintings are about memories and time moving fast. I wanted to capture the feelings and the atmosphere of our garden in Tavira.

All my paintings have been varnished with a matt varnish to protect against dust and UV light and I carefully wrap and package the painting before shipping promptly.
The hanging fixtures have been professionally fitted along with the frame so you can hang this painting directly on your wall when it arrives.
