Amulet sculpture in iridescent reds- and coral-colored glazes. The effects of heat work have given this sculpture an unusually beautiful, polished luster. There are some passages on this idol that seem to glow like an ember. resembling that of a polished plume agate.
This idol seems to "float" above its brilliant circular skirt.
There is a stream of black tears falling from both eyes....
It is a one-of-a-kind original whose combined colors and form are on the threshold of a magical expression.
