I was fascinated by the way the Mediterranean waves broke against the pale coastal rocks, creating a constant play of light, movement, and reflection. Using expressive, textured brushstrokes, I focused less on precise detail and more on the energy of the moment—the rhythm of the surf, the cool shadows within the rocks, and the luminous turquoise water surrounding them.
