Original artwork description:

Claude Debussy's "Clair de Lune" not only still occupies me on the piano, but the magical, calm mood with the association of night in the moonlight also has an effect on my paintings. Here, therefore, is "Clair de Lune 2", created by painting over another picture. The flowers were sketched into the wet blue tones (Prussian blue and ultramarine blue) with palette knives and then reworked with brushes.
The principle of grattage, known from Max Ernst, was an additional source of inspiration.
This is how this dark, semi-abstract dreamy picture of flowers at night was created, which works very well on light walls.

The edges are black, the painting can be hung without additional framing.
