Original artwork description:

Original Acrylic Painting by Ben Slade. This painting is from a photograph i took of three glass chess pieces on a checkered board. Found it really interesting how the black and white squares distort and reflect all throughout the glass shape. This is a real study of photorealism as i tried to achieve more focus on the front piece and and fade the others out discretely as the source photograph depicted.
