About Ben Slade

I started painting in 2016, and what began as curiosity quickly became an obsession with realism — capturing texture, light, and small details in a way that makes you look twice. Today, my original artworks have found homes across Europe, the US, and Australia.

I’m self-taught and work primarily in acrylic on canvas. My style leans toward hyperrealism, — I paint subjects that interest me, whether that’s subtle reflections, bold colour, or overlooked objects brought to life at scale.

I’m based between England and Stockholm, Sweden, and my goal is to create artwork designed to live comfortably in all enviroments — there it sparks curiosity, connection, or conversation.
