Cafe "Gato Negro" (2024) Original Oil Painting by Egle Colucci

This is my interpretation of an actual coffee place in Buenos Aires, called "Gato Negro". It's a classic style coffee and spices shop, very appreciated buy locals. The waiters are dressed in red uniforms, the chairs and tables are antique. The walls are covered in nice wooden shelves, filled with exotic products. It's a place to be, to meet and observe people. This is what I do, I go there with my camera and a sketchbook and create surreal stories out of what I see around.
The painting would be shipped rolled in a tube.
