The season is coming, when you start to see some mothers selling boiled maize that's when we know we are having a good harvest of maize.
Around here we love boiled maize and I know a lot of people who cook or boil fresh maize and sell them on the street. And others that I know prefer to roast them and put some spices to taste deliciously.
Most people prefer boiled ones They are so tasty.
