We are lucky to live out of the city in an area that is surrounded by fields and forests, and I get a lot of my inspiration while out walking our dog, especially now that spring is finally coming. This is a very serene and atmospehric view of a distant forest. My starting point is usually the landscape around me and the final work will have a flavour of those colours and shapes, but with an abstract quality to them
Painted, as always with oil on canvas.
Ready to hang.
