From an early age I have always been attracted by painting and especially by the painters of
the nineteenth century, and especially post-impressionist painters such as Corot. At the age of 25, I had my first exhibition in the city of Lyon, where the Jacques Royan Gallery exhibited
some of my paintings. At this time, I met the painters Pascale Paradis, Norbert Vaginay and
André Disdier who had an exposition at the Gallery de Olympe in Lyon. Every week I brought
my work and their teaching was of great help; I owe them a lot in the development of my art.
With them I learned outdoor painting techniques and how to complete a painting in one short
session. This is still my practice, whether it be outside or in my workshop, and that's why I do essentially small paintings.

In 2008, I fully devoted myself to painting and I started my career as a professional painter.
I’ve moved to Provence, and in 2010 I opened my workshop at Sisteron, a small town in
Provence at the foot of the Luberon mountain range.
