Artworks by Arman Hambardzumyan

Arman is a sculptor, painter, and graphic artist living and working in Armenia. He graduated from the National Center of Aesthetics after Henrik Igityan (2000–2005) and from the Department of Painting and Graphics at Yerevan State Pedagogical University (2005–2011).

Arman is a laureate of the Third Prize at the International Painting Biennale in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova (2011); the President’s Youth Prize of the Republic of Armenia (2012); the Ara Abrahamyan Prize for “Best Sculptor,” organized by the Artists’ Union of Armenia (2016); and the First Prize of the Sixth Republican Competition of Young Artists of the Republic of Armenia (2018).

He has participated in international art fairs in the United States, including New York (2017), and in Russia, including Perm (2018) and Nizhny Novgorod (2016, 2017), as well as in biennales and art symposia in Serbia (2017, 2019), Russia (2014, 2016), and Lithuania (2015).

Arman has held solo exhibitions in Yerevan (2010, 2015) and Oklahoma City (2025). From 2010 to 2026, he has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Yerevan, Malta, Groningen, Gyumri, Belgrade, Moscow, Beirut, Marseille, Tokyo, Wiesbaden, Shanghai, Qingdao, and other cities.

Since 2011, Arman has been a member of the Artists’ Union of Armenia.
