I painted these two little sparrows as a quiet celebration of companionship. Resting side by side, they seem to share a small private moment together. I kept the colours soft and natural — gentle blues, warm browns, muted greys and ochres — to create a calm and timeless feeling. For me, the painting is about the simple comfort of having someone beside you. Sometimes a quiet presence is all we need. Original oil painting on canvas, painted by me in England.
