Artist's description:

A winter snowstorm makes a dramatic scene as it falls over the entrance to Whitby harbour. The haunting remains of Whitby Abbey on the cliff top were the inspiration for Bram Stoker's gothic tale of 'Dracula'. The photograph was taken with a Rolleiflex medium format camera using Kodak Tri-x black & white film.
