Where are we all going..? is an acrylic on canvas painting done in spring in Pontoise, France.

It's about one's questioning while not following the move with its peers..
This surrealistic painting features a group of lamas entering darkness at a night time.

In the midst of this quiet procession, one lone alpaca defies the forward momentum. Turning its head with a mixture of curiosity and concern, this singular creature gazes back into the darkness, questioning the direction the collective is taking. Its eyes, illuminated by the moon's glow, convey a sense of introspection and contemplation.

The background - their future- is unknown and hidden by darkness..The contrast between the illuminated alpacas and the enveloping darkness symbolizes the profound journey of life, where the path forward is often uncertain and obscured.
The main character looks back and questions itself..whether it's worthwhile to follow the others.

Some moonlight sheds on their heads and backs..
Is there any way back possible?

As the alpacas move forward, each step seems to echo with the silent query, "Where are we all going?" The painting invites viewers to ponder the collective journey of existence, the choices we make, and the inherent mystery that shrouds our destinies.

We all face similar moments on our life paths, evaluating if there's any another option beyond the obvious one, so what would be our choice?
Questioning is symbolic, however does not provide with a ready answer.
