Warm autumn (2021) Original Oil Painting by Alisa Onipchenko-Cherniakovska

Original Oil painting by Ukrainian artist Alisa Onipchenko-Cherniakovska
Warm Autumn captures the radiant beauty of the Carpathian Mountains at the height of the autumn season. Golden trees illuminate the valley, while the distant mountain slopes glow in rich shades of red, ochre and warm violet beneath a clear blue sky.

I was drawn to the contrast between the brilliant autumn foliage and the monumental calm of the mountains. The composition is built with expressive brushwork and vibrant layers of color, allowing the landscape to remain recognizable while preserving the spontaneity and energy of the painting process.

The wide panoramic format enhances the feeling of openness and distance, inviting the viewer into a warm, sunlit autumn landscape.
