Original artwork description
"Vele ripiegate" brings Antonino Puliafico’s gestural approach to sea, coast and the movement of water into an original oil painting on canvas.
Material presence is essential: layered colour and expressive mark-making gives the work a layered surface in which gesture and colour remain clearly visible.
The composition develops sea, coast and the movement of water, favouring atmosphere, movement and sensory impact over photographic description.
The result is a one-of-a-kind work with a strong physical presence, conceived for collectors drawn to contemporary Italian painting and expressive colour.
The artwork is professionally protected for tracked shipping and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
