Two kinds of silence unfold across these two canvases. One feels soft and distant, where pale circles drift through hazy layers of color like fading traces or thoughts dissolving into memory. The other is more restless: dark vertical forms cut through flashes of magenta, yellow, violet and blue, while a solitary outlined circle remains suspended above the movement.

The diptych explores the contrast between silence that calms and silence that unsettles. The two panels speak through repeated shapes, color and rhythm, yet the space between them remains important — a pause that allows each part to retain its own voice.

Built through layered paint, visible brushwork, drips and contrasting marks, the composition moves between softness and tension, spontaneity and structure. Rather than offering one fixed story, it leaves room for the viewer to recognise a personal emotional state within its fragmented forms.
