Trees Original Acrylic Painting by Roz Edwards

A textured acrylic painting on a square canvas.

This has been painted on a textured and slightly raised surface. It gives a subtle 3D effect. The textured surface has been created with acrylic mediums.

The painting of the trees has been done in an impressionistic style. Up close there are overlaid dots in many colours. The style has a pattern-like quality to it, with the shapes of the branches mixing with the dots of the leaves.

The painting comes ready to hang. The sides are painted black. You could add a frame if you wanted to enhance the work further.
