Two early studies exploring the visual language that would later develop into the series Rhythms of the Unspoken. Offered together as a diptych.

Study I — Traces Before Language
An early study exploring the visual language that would later develop into the series Rhythms of the Unspoken. Layers of translucent whites, earth tones, gestural greens and fragmented reds create a shifting field where marks emerge, disappear and reappear. Rather than describing a place, the composition records the movement of thought before it becomes language.

Study II — Holding the Tension
This study investigates the balance between dense structural forms and lighter atmospheric passages. Bold black gestures anchor the composition while luminous veils, vivid reds and flashes of yellow introduce movement and uncertainty. It reflects an early exploration of the visual tensions that later became central to Rhythms of the Unspoken.
