Things Half Remembered explores the way memory rarely presents itself as a complete or faithful image. Instead, it arrives in fragments — colours, shapes, gestures and fleeting impressions that overlap, disappear and re-emerge.
There is no single focal point or fixed narrative. The eye moves across the surface, discovering connections and associations much as the mind does when recalling something half forgotten. Forms seem familiar but remain deliberately ambiguous — perhaps leaves, flowers, figures, objects or simply traces of remembered places.

The work is ultimately about memory as a shifting landscape: incomplete, layered and subjective. What we remember is not always what happened, but what remains with us.
