Original artwork description
The World Inside explores the quiet space between the outer world and the one we carry within us. A solitary sailboat floats across calm water, framed by the eye of a whale — a symbol of depth, intuition and unseen connection.
The whale does not appear as a physical presence, but as a perspective. The viewer is invited to look through it, as if entering a world where silence becomes a language and the ocean reflects inner thoughts.
Painted in deep blues and soft light, this work is part of my ongoing exploration of the relationship between humans, the sea and the hidden forces that guide us beneath the surface.
Materials used:
Oil paint, canvas, varnish
