This work is a portrait of a tree - an attempt to capture its essential character and unique features. I was particularly struck by the shape of the tree, the movement of its branches, and the way it grows.

I spent time observing and painting it slowly and attentively. Through this work, I wanted to share a sense of calm, uniqueness, and the beauty of difference.

Nature is a space where new ideas can emerge for me. Although the natural world is a recurring subject in my artistic practice, this is the first time I have chosen a tree itself as the main character of a painting - treating it almost as a portrait subject.
