THE EQUILIBRIUM
Oil on canvas
80 x 40 cm
2022 / Ivan Gejko
Catalogue raisonné number: 1559
A painting by the Hamburg-based artist IVAN GEJKO. He is a contemporary painter living in Germany.
He has exhibited his work in the USA, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Austria. Furthermore, he has participated in a number of major art fairs. His works are held in private collections across Europe.
His aesthetic focuses on symbolism as well as expressionism, impressionism, and surrealism. By constructing a mirror of reality—using various symbols, hints, analogies, and metaphors in a kind of narrative dialogue that evolves into a visual language and creates a dramatic structure—his works attempt to visualize his own cognitive processes, feelings, and observations.
This unique original oil painting is a one-of-a-kind piece. It was hand-painted by me using high-quality professional oil paints and subsequently sealed to protect against dust, moisture, and UV light.
The painting was created using classic oil painting techniques, without the use of digital media or printing processes.
The work is signed by me on both the front and the back. A signed Certificate of Authenticity is also included.
The artwork is ready to hang.
Slight variations in color and brightness may occur due to different monitor settings.
All copyrights remain the property of the artist.
The painting will be carefully and securely wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in sturdy cardboard packaging as an insured parcel with a tracking number.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
