Original artwork description
Taking Shape is built dot by dot, a slow accumulation in which form emerges from countless small marks. Up close, the dots stay separate; from a distance, they merge into shapes and shifting fields of colour. The viewer's eye does the final work, joining points into form. The drawing keeps taking shape with every look.
